The Hundreds x Fila capsule launches tomorrow

The Hundreds is releasing a limited edition capsule collection with Italian heritage sport brand Fila that mixes its signature street style with sport and athleisure.

The limited edition collaboration features cobranded footwear and apparel. The two-piece capsule collection includes the “Drifter” slide in canvas with both Fila and The Hundreds’ logo prominently placed on the upper band.

The white polo is being marketed as a men’s wardrobe staple. It showcases both logos screenprinted on the back of the shirt. It also has contrast striping on the collar and sleeves.

The Hundreds began in Los Angeles fifteen years ago. The streetwear brand frequently relies on partnerships to tell its brand story. Previous partnerships for The Hundreds have included Disney, Adidas and Garfield.

In addition to online sales and wholesale business in select boutiques, The Hundreds also operates three flagship brick and mortar locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York.

The collaboration with Fila was born out of a desire to capture individuality, power and style. Partnering with Fila also helps The Hundreds gain more foothold in the athleisure market. Fila is a heritage brand with three decades of classic looks that speak to a sport friendly consumer. The Hundreds is looking at the collaboration as a way to extend “sports to street culture, style, and music.”

The Hundreds x Fila limited edition capsule will launch June 30, 2017. It will be available online, in The Hundreds’ flagship stores, and also in select boutiques nationwide.
